Cookies · Dated rail
No ad cookie is set on this site until you press Allow.
Every date and clock that matters runs down the rail: when this notice started, how long each cookie lives, how fast a question gets an answer.

When this notice took effect
This cookie notice takes effect on October 7, 2026. It has not been amended since; that date is also the last amendment. When it changes, the new date goes on this marker and at the top of the page, and the banner asks you again if the change touches advertising or analytics.
Session and longer
Three kinds of storage, one of them always on
Strictly necessary. Two keys in your browser. One remembers your cookie choice. The other keeps your support chat token so you can return to a conversation. Neither tracks you anywhere else, and the site would break without them, so they do not wait for consent.
Analytics. Counts of visits and which pages lead to an inquiry. Off until you allow it, controlled by the analytics_storage signal.
Advertising. Cookies set by Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, used to tell each platform that a click from its ad turned into an inquiry. Off until you allow it, controlled by ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization.

Click identifiers from the ads that send you here
This site takes paid traffic now. An ad click from Google Ads arrives with gclid on the link. Microsoft Advertising adds msclkid. Meta Ads adds fbclid when we run a campaign there. The identifier sits in the address bar whatever you choose. It is only stored in a cookie, and reported back to the platform as an inquiry, after you press Allow.
Default from second zero
Consent Mode v2: four signals, all denied to start
Google Consent Mode v2 sets these four signals before any tag on the page does anything. They stay denied until you press Allow. Press Decline, or withdraw later through Cookie settings, and all four go back to denied straight away. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we record a Decline without asking, and the three advertising signals stay denied even if you press Allow later.

Giving, changing and withdrawing your choice
A bar sits at the bottom of the screen on your first visit. It never covers the page; you can read and send an inquiry without touching it. Allow switches the signals on. Decline keeps them off. Your answer is saved under site_consent_v2 for 12 months, then you are asked again.
To change your mind, press Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or the button here. Withdrawal applies from that moment.
Immediate
If you decline
Everything you came for still works: the catalogue, the price estimator, the inquiry form, the chat. What stops is ad and analytics storage. No platform cookie is written, no conversion is reported, and we lose sight of which ad brought you. That is our problem, not yours.
Their own dates
The platforms' own documents
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
Those documents carry their own effective dates and change on their own schedule.
